We've spent most of July in Banner Elk and it's been a good one. The BE 4th of July Parade, Hannah and Kelvin visited, Highland Games where I got to meet Diana Gabaldon, Ailish went to her first week long overnight camp, watched Le Tour and we had to say goodbye to Nick and Melody as they left us for Raleigh. I've been running a little bit but not nearly enough but the big news is Slick Lettuce got in a spot of bother on the road bike on Hickory Nut Gap Road.
